Cast in 1:24 scale, this display model recreates Jeff Gordon’s #24 DuPont Chevrolet Monte Carlo NASCAR Nextel Cup stock car, finished in a silver-chrome base coat with teal and yellow flame graphics running from hood to rear quarter. Produced by Action Racing Collectables under their Elite line, the model features an opening hood revealing a detailed engine bay with wiring and hose lines, an opening trunk, a roll cage and racing seat visible through the window net, and rolling Goodyear Eagle tires with yellow raised lettering. Built for display rather than play, it sits on a die-cast chassis with riveted body panel detailing typical of high-end NASCAR replicas.
Sponsor and team markings are reproduced in fine detail, including the DuPont oval logo on the nose, Pepsi, GMAC, and Lays decals along the rear quarter panel, a Hendrick Motorsports “20 Years 1984-2004” anniversary decal, and “DuPont Teflon Car Care” lettering across the rear spoiler.
