Description
Kenner’s See-Threepio (C-3PO) action figure remains sealed on its original 1977 Star Wars card, number 38220, with the gold protocol droid visible through an intact plastic blister. This is the 21-back card variant, meaning the reverse lists and pictures all twenty-one figures from the initial line, from Luke Skywalker and Princess Leia Organa through Boba Fett, Death Star Droid, and the various creature figures.
The card front carries the classic chrome Star Wars logo, the blue “See-Threepio (C-3PO)” name banner, and a photo of the droid against the Death Star corridor backdrop, along with the Kenner logo, the “Ages 4 and up” notice, and the 1977 Twentieth Century Fox Film Corp. copyright line. The back panel advertises additional Kenner playsets of the era, including Land of the Jawas, Patrol Dewback, the Droid Factory, the Action Figure Collector’s Case, and Creature Cantina. The card is currently housed in a clear rigid acrylic display case for protection and presentation.
The card stock shows expected age with light corner wear and a small amount of discoloration and creasing along the top edge and hanging tab area. The plastic blister bubble remains intact and undisturbed over the figure, and the figure itself displays clean gold plating with no visible damage through the packaging.
