Description
Cast in cold-cast bronze, this figurine depicts a modern U.S. Marine in full combat gear, striding forward with rifle in hand and arm outstretched in a pointing gesture. The Marine wears a helmet, tactical vest, knee pads, and a loaded backpack, and stands atop a textured rocky outcrop base that sits on a black rectangular pedestal. A gold-tone Eagle, Globe, and Anchor emblem is mounted on the front face of the pedestal, giving the piece a strong tabletop presence as a military display statue.
The base is marked as the sixth edition in the “Semper Fi – History of the Marine Corps” Cold-Cast Bronze Collection, produced by The Bradford Exchange as an officially licensed product of the United States Marine Corps. The underside carries the model number 01-32016-006, notes that the edition was limited to 295 casting days, and includes a handwritten edition number, A1338, along with the raised gold EGA emblem repeated on the base’s underside.
The figurine shows light surface scuffing and a couple of faint scratch marks on the black pedestal, visible under close inspection, but the bronze finish and gold detailing on the figure and emblem remain crisp and intact overall.
