Description
Abstract expressionist portrait print titled “Touch” captures a fragmented human face in bold, gestural strokes of blue, teal, black, and orange against a pale ground — loose, energetic mark-making in the vein of late 20th-century expressionist printmaking. The sheet is numbered 231/290 in pencil, placing it within a limited edition run, and carries the pencil title “Touch” at lower left with a pencil signature reading Ronnie Wood at lower right. The print is presented under glass with a wide black mat and a substantial silver-tone frame featuring a brushed, textured finish along the moldings. The reverse bears a Wentworth Gallery Ltd. label (Miami, FL) identifying the piece as “RONNIEWOOD — TOUCH (OTHERS SUITE),” item number RONN-0023-F, edition 231/290, alongside a Fine Art Trade Guild stamp and a separate custom-framing label naming “Wentchell Castani” as framer and marked “Do Not Wire.” Two D-ring hangers are fitted to the kraft-paper backing.
The backing paper shows a small tear and puncture near the lower left corner and a hairline crack in the fiberboard backing near one hanger, both cosmetic and confined to the reverse. The frame and glazing remain clean and intact, and the printed image itself shows no tears, stains, or fading.
