Description
Diecast metal stock car cast in the body style of a Chevrolet Monte Carlo SS, finished in a striking blue, white and red fireworks paint scheme created for the Pepsi 400 at Daytona International Speedway, dated July 1, 2006. The roof, hood and rocker panels are wrapped in a pyrotechnic-burst graphic package with large ’06 numerals worked into the design, and the model rides on black rubber tires with yellow Goodyear Eagle lettering molded into the sidewalls.
Branding across the body includes the Pepsi 400 logo on the hood, Daytona International Speedway and Daytona 500 Club decals along the roofline and door, and a strip of contingency sponsor decals reading USG, 3M, mbna, Mac Tools, Holley, Commit and the NASCAR Nextel Cup Series logo along the lower rocker panel. The rear fascia carries Daytona International Speedway branding along with the Chevrolet nameplate and web address, and the car features a see-through wire mesh window net, opening driver’s side window trim, and a black plastic display base beneath a clear acrylic cover case.
The model presents in clean overall condition with crisp, well-registered graphics and no notable paint chips or scuffing visible. The acrylic display case shows only light surface dust and a faint reflection line, consistent with a piece that has been kept on display rather than handled or played with.
