This lot brings together two framed wall pieces. The first pairs a black-and-white photograph of the Beatles peering through a paned window with a companion panel bearing four scripted signatures over a black background, each printed with a name beneath it — John Lennon, Ringo Starr, George Harrison, and Paul McCartney — along with a small guitar-shaped cutout mounted below. The second piece is a sepia-toned aerial photograph of a large seaside estate complex, captioned along the lower mat “Courtesy of Henry Morrison Flagler Museum,” giving the pairing a shared Gilded Age and mid-century collecting appeal.
The Beatles display sits behind glass in a glossy black beveled frame with a two-tier white mat separating the band photo from the autograph panel and guitar cutout. The Flagler Museum print is set in a gold-toned wood frame with a grey outer mat and cream inner mat, glazed under glass. Both pieces are fitted with wire hanging hardware and kraft-paper dust covers on the reverse; one backing board carries a printed inventory/shipping label reading “03 26974.”
Both frames show only light handling wear consistent with age and display. The Flagler Museum print’s backing paper has a few scattered brownish spots and a faint crease near the top edge, and the frame edges show minor surface rubbing. The Beatles frame’s backing board shows light general soiling but no cracks or losses, and the glass on both pieces remains intact and clear.
