The brown textured dial features applied silver-tone hour markers, a printed minute track, and dauphine-style hands, all protected under a domed crystal set into a polished stainless steel case. A brown crocodile-embossed leather strap with contrast cream stitching completes the piece, secured by a stainless steel deployment clasp stamped ‘STAINLESS STEEL.’
The dial is signed Bulova and marked ‘Automatic 21 Jewels,’ and the exhibition case back confirms the same, reading ‘BULOVA AUTOMATIC,’ ‘TWENTY ONE 21 JEWELS,’ ‘JAPAN 1641,’ and ‘STAINLESS STEEL WATER RESISTANT,’ with a serial number stamped along the case edge. Through the sapphire display back, the automatic movement’s rotor, jewels, and gear train are visible and finished with decorative perlage and polished bridges.
The case and crystal show a few light hairline scratches on the polished bezel, visible under close inspection but not affecting the dial or crystal clarity. The leather strap shows genuine wear consistent with prior use, including creasing at the lugs and a small crack forming near one of the buckle holes. Overall the dial, hands, and movement remain clean and free of major damage.
