Eagle Landing on American Flag Sculpture

Hand-painted resin eagle sculpture landing on an American flag, mounted on a mahogany-finished wood base — a patriotic display piece with detailed feather and flag texturing.

Description

Cast resin sculpture captures a bald eagle in mid-landing, wings fully spread and talons extended, touching down on a dramatically unfurled American flag. The piece is hand-painted with fine feather detailing across the wings, head, and tail, and the flag’s stars and stripes are rendered in crisp red, white, and blue enamel. Mounted atop a rugged sculpted rock formation, the whole composition sits on an oval mahogany-finished wood base, making it a striking tabletop or mantel display piece for patriotic and wildlife decor collectors alike.

The underside of the wood base is printed with “www.ericdirect.com,” identifying the retail source, and the base is fitted with four black rubber feet to protect furniture surfaces. The reverse side of the sculpture reveals the textured rock base and the flag’s underside, showing the same level of sculptural detail carried through the whole piece rather than just the front-facing view.

The figurine is in good overall display condition, with light surface dust visible in the wing and feather crevices consistent with time on a shelf. Some of the black wingtip feather tips show minor paint rubbing and light scuffing where the painted finish has thinned slightly. The wood base shows faint handling marks but no major chips or cracks, and the sculpture itself is intact with no visible breaks or repairs.
