Description
United States one-dollar Silver Certificate, Series 1935E, featuring the portrait of George Washington at center and a blue Treasury seal to its left. The note carries the standard promise printed across its face: “This Certifies That There Is On Deposit In The Treasury Of The United States Of America One Dollar In Silver Payable To The Bearer On Demand,” with the blue serial number B06532036I appearing in both upper right and lower left corners.
The obverse bears the printed signatures of the Treasurer of the United States, Ivy Baker Priest, and the Secretary of the Treasury, along with “Washington D.C.” beneath the Treasury seal. The reverse is printed in green ink and shows the Great Seal of the United States on both sides of the bill, flanking a large ornamental “ONE” at center, consistent with small-size Silver Certificate design.
The note shows honest circulated wear, including a visible vertical center fold and additional soft creasing across the paper, along with light overall toning and some edge softening. Corners are rounded rather than sharp, and the paper retains its original flexibility without tears, holes, or significant staining.
